  • Shop order : email, name, shipping address. Retention: 10 years (accounting obligation).
  • Analytics : Vercel Analytics, anonymous, no third-party cookies.

  • Stripe — payment processing (USA, standard contractual clauses).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (USA, standard contractual clauses).
  • Vercel — website hosting (USA, standard contractual clauses).
