Terms of sale | SolaFox

1. Object

These terms govern sales on solafox.fr between SolaFox (Gwendoline Massé) and the buyer.

2. Products

SolaFox currently sells the SolaFox mug at €45 incl. VAT, shipping included within mainland France.

3. Order and payment

Payment is made online via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

4. Delivery

Shipped within about 1 month in mainland France. For other destinations, contact us before ordering.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under French consumer law (article L221-18), the buyer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, with no need to justify. The product must be returned in its original state. Refund within 14 days of return receipt.

6. Disputes

In case of dispute, first contact contact@solafox.fr. Failing amicable settlement, French courts have jurisdiction.
